She has a natural gift for collaboration, always making others feel included and valued. Her door is always open and she takes the time to listen, understand and offer support — not because she has to, but because she genuinely cares. Kim’s impact is felt every day, in big ways and small ones. She makes our school district a better place through her kindness, reliability and focus on helping others succeed. We are so proud to recognize Kim with the Golden Horseshoe Award — a well deserved honor for someone who gives so much to everyone around her.
