It's always fun when we get to celebrate multiple things in the same week at Eastside! This week we are celebrating both Read Across America AND Kindness Week. In addition, our music program is on Thursday night.
Here is an updated graphic that shows suggested dress-up options for this week.

The Eastside academic team had a lot of success at the Governor's Cup District 75 competition last week. Way to go, Broncos!

What a great day and weekend to cuddle up and read some books when you come in from the snow!
Remind your kiddos about our snowman reading challenge. We are working hard to circle the school with snowmen. For every book a student reads (or every 50 pages in a chapter book), he/she may put up a paper snowman in our hallway. Our goal is to circle the school with snowmen before winter comes to an end!
For safety purposes after school activities that start immediately after the school day end will continue as normal. Activities that start after 4 of which you would return to the school to participate in will be canceled.
