Wow, how awesome is it to live in Kentucky right now. Both our teams, University of Louisville and University of Kentucky are playing in the final four. I must say I am partial to the CATS because I graduated from there, but proud that both teams made it.
Our school year is winding down and testing dates are soon to come. We all have worked so hard this year and I know our testing results will show our efforts.
Just like we hope to see our teams do tomorrow night. Let’s finish strong!!!!!

Wow! How has time flown by. I look around and I can’t believe how much you guys have grown. We have learned so much this year.
My third graders are working hard to learn their multiplication facts. Each of you are on different levels, but working hard to reach your individual goals. Remember the old saying, “practice makes perfect”. I can’t express to you enough how important it is to practice these facts at home.
My first and second graders are working super hard to learn their sight word list. They never give up, even when it is hard.
My Kindergarteners are working on Sentences writing and reading. Wow, how they have grown.
Continue to do your best in everything you do. Your progress will show your efforts.

Hello boys and girls…..This February we have lots of things going on. We continue to talk about the season of Winter. Even though we haven’t seen much of it this year. We will be discussing two wonderful past presidents, George Washington and Abe Lincoln. There birthdays are in February and that is why we celebrate president’s day on February 20th. We will wrap up our February Fun activities with Valentine’s Day. I know you all are excited about your classroom parties and the beautiful Valentine’s you plan to give to your teachers and friends. Wow! We have lots to do this month. I can’t wait!!
