K-1 Joseph Stella is an American Artist that came over from Italy and became an American citizen. He is famous for “The Brooklyn Bridge”.
2-4 Students have been working on a project that relates to his type of work. He liked to use multimedia and mixing up the elements to design. See if your child can tell you what multimedia is.
K-1 is reviewing the elements. They are doing a project similar to 2-4 but using one element in each space on their art piece.
They all seem very proud and excited about their work.
Recentl,y Mr. Herbie Moore, a Cynthiana artist, visited Westside and Eastside. My goal is to get him to visit Southside and Northside also.
This is a great time to get outside and do some chalk drawings with your child. Have Fun!!!!

We have taken this week at East to try our hand in drawing “The Cat In The Hat”. Since Dr. Susses birthday is tomorrow.
How Cute They are!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really appreciate the Board of Education and the Administrators allowing me this opportunity. If your child has liked it let it be known.
