The school year is speeding by quickly. We have been signing up for Battle team tryouts in second, third, fourth, and fifth grades.
Kindergarten and First are learning about the author Mo Willems, who wrote Knuffle Bunny, Don’t let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, and Leonardo the Terrible Monster.
Second – Fifth Grades are listening to titles from our Battle lists.
We’ve been discussing the John Newbery Medal and Randolph Caldecott Medal awards these last two weeks in all grades. The winners were announced this past Monday.
