Spelling words –vowel sound -aw and -au. We will have our pretest on Thursday. If your child makes a 102 on Thursday, he/she will not have to take the test on Friday. The class has been doing such a great job with their spelling words. Keep up the good work!!!
Math – Fact homework and math homework sheet each night. Beginning now until the end of the school year, we will start to review all the math concepts we have learned this year . We will continue to work on math facts each day. This week we are working on time and money.
Reading – please read with your child each night. Monday and Tuesday – decodable readers, Wednesday – Ten important sentences, Thursday -Alexander Graham Bell. Reading test on Friday!

We are planning to go see “Goodnight Moon”in May. Permission slips came home today, April 23. Please sign and return as soon as possible. You do not have to send in any money. PTO has generously given money to each classroom, therefore the play will not cost you anything.
