Our music teacher, Mrs. Wilson, attended an arts academy this summer. This enabled her to have an artist-in-residence come to Eastside to teach our lucky third graders about Indonesian puppetry and gamelan music. The students thoroughly enjoyed their time with Mr. Gregory while learning about Indonesian culture.
