Q&A
with Ke'Leen |
|
Ke'Leen: Tell
us a little about yourself (ex. family, hobbies, personal interests,
etc.).
Ms. Walker:
I have lived in
Cynthiana all of my life, so I’ve attended the same schools as my
students. I attended the University of Kentucky and Georgetown College. I
am a huge UK Wildcats basketball fan. I like to ghost hunt and I am very
interested in the paranormal. I have wonderful family and friends I love
spending time with.
Ke'Leen:
If you had selected a career
besides teaching, what career would you have chosen?
Ms.
Walker:
I would have been a
veterinarian because I love animals. I would have loved to work in
advertising, too.
Ke"Leen:
What plans/activities can your students look forward to this year?
Ms. Walker:
I’m just getting into
the swing of things, having returned to seventh grade this year (after
working in eighth grade for four years). I hope my students know how
excited I am to be back in seventh grade with a great group of students
and a wonderful team of teachers.
Ke'Leen: What are your
goals this year as a teacher?
Ms.
Walker:
I just want to do the
best I can, and I expect my students to as well.
